Comfortable stay near the metro
prime location metro station delicious options
The hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station. This made getting to the city center easy, with only eight stops required. The breakfast provided many delicious options to choose from I found items to satisfy my palate.
One of the two elevators was out of service . This made moving between floors difficult especially at busy times. I encountered a significant wait to use the one working elevator.

The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to. I appreciated their willingness to store luggage safely.

The location IS great. It is near many restaurants. i appreciated the hotel being very clean. The food served was VERY good.

non-working elevator missing iron
The breakfast included many options and seemed delicious.
One of the two elevators did not work so going up and down was difficult. I climbed four flights of stairs several times. There was also no iron in my room.

lift service long waits
The location was acceptable as it was near the metro station. It made getting around the city relatively easy.
One of the lifts was out of service, which caused significant delays. Waiting times were long (I actually started timing it one day!), and sometimes I had to use the stairs. This was quite inconvenient.
